It&#039;s True corporate culture comes from the top...
Unfortunetly the powers that be usually have a case 
of tunnel vision called ME ME ME...
At the expense of &quot;all&quot; others...
Just look at the latest news of executive pay...
In the end they are the ones who created the culture so 
they own the success or failure of a company....
But how easy it is for them to always blame the low level employees... &quot;Passing the buck&quot;

Fortunetly those average employees have discovered &quot;transparency&quot;... 
Do our company leaders know they are so transparent, hardly 
when they seem to be pushing the same old programs wrapped in a different package...
Now where will they find more blind followers?</description>
