It's True corporate culture comes from the top... Unfortunetly the powers that be usually have a case of tunnel vision called ME ME ME... At the expense of "all" others... Just look at the latest news of executive pay... In the end they are the ones who created the culture so they own the success or failure of a company.... But how easy it is for them to always blame the low level employees... "Passing the buck" Fortunetly those average employees have discovered "transparency"... Do our company leaders know they are so transparent, hardly when they seem to be pushing the same old programs wrapped in a different package... Now where will they find more blind followers? **Ultimately, accounting controls are only as good
