		<description>I think it&#039;s all a question of economic incentives. If people can pull enough out of the HELOCs to be able to afford to work part-time on a low-paying job, more power to them. But if a RE correction hits, those same people are gonna be in trouble. You may *want* to work part-time (hell, if I had infinite money, I&#039;d quit school and work at my engineering job part time) but, nothing is free. So, as long as there are economic incentives, people will continue to work harder. And if there are none, well, then we really ARE well off as a nation!
