It seems clear that Ms Sotomayor is highly quilified academically, ..well aware of socio-dynamics not to mention the vast experience in the field fo jurisprudence.None of that is in dispute. What is disturbing, gravitates in the arena of OBJECTIVITY.

And so, as result of enunciated ideological vectors ( from Ms Sotomayor, herself ) of EMPHATIC NATURE – which are not in compatiblitiy with objectivity previously mentioned – and action-decissions taken during her law-carreer ,…all is pointed to sumize the task for SUPERIOR COURT is not for her to perform.The CONSTITUTIONAL PACKAGE required for this task, so important and elevated is beyond the narrow boundries of small local criterium.

It seems that new avenues for new names are in order to accentuate the so called “CHANGE” Now the democrats factions are working on a new name, more,…’hip’ or more ‘cool’ or more ‘chic’ ,..anyway better or more sophisticated than just plain “HEALTH CARE” So everyone can see is only “word-games” rather than substance in reallity,….REASON ? to detour attention for this health program is BOGUS TOO !
So all what it takes is “NEW NAMES” , is that it ?…So is MORE OF THE SAME, right ? ….something like this ?;

“terrorism” = MAN MADE DISTURBANCES….or what ever fits.

“terrorist” = ACTIVIST FOR VARIOUS ISSUES WITH GLOBAL RANGE FOR EXPRESSIONS …but not a ‘bomb-thrower’ – ( we don ot want them to feel bad, right ?)

Perhaps THE OBAMA GANG CORRUPTED ANTI-AMERICAN ADMINISTRATION will think of another term, for this one I just offered is too long ,…however this one still ok, for the government is growing so big that seems to go even beyond the outer-rim of our solar system,…so this aparently “long name ” for HEALTH CARE should fit just right !

Which brings me to evaluation for the president about his performance so far.
Ok, I take this one;- GIVING OBAMA A GRADE….hummmm that is a royal-majestic challenge, indeed,…well at least for me.

It is going to be kind of difficult for me, for my line of teaching is not Political Sciences or Social Sciences, Obama is out of my territory… I am limited to just Physics, Molecular Exo- Biology and Chemistry.

But nevertheless, in an attempt to extrapolate my narrow margins I would say Obama, instead of ‘A’ ,’B’, ‘C’, ‘D’, or ‘F’, to me, is about to let’s say,….SIGMA-Z GOO-GOOPLEX NEGATIVE RATIO POWER 4.

Obama is so REALLY BAD that the calculations for his grade are to be expression in abstract for quantum-theories…trust me on this one,… not even SIMPLE QUADRATIC can be apply to his rating…in other words, OBAMA AND HIS GANG ARE JUST PATHETIC. …..meanning….they have to be removed and replaced,…THEY ARE NOT GOOD FOR THE COUNTRY, PERIOD !

However so bad, at least the current adminstration gives us material to laugh about,…after all they are really funny some times beside to be really PHONY.

And how that plays out for you?

If the correct defifnition on “pragmatism” is to be appy on the current national conditions,….the one to address is one of pathetict resonance. Reasons are multiple for this denial ; – however, FALSE PRIDE on something which is non-existent and ARROGANCE are serving grounds for this syndrom.

The currnet adiminstration themseves , know the FARCE they are giving to the masses and as result that AMERICA IS AWAKE , they undestand their days are counting backward….FEAR is “in the mist”.

The main thing in all the spectrum is that two areas are getting very compromised for our ‘un-benefit’ – (if anyone woulld like take the word as “pseudo-term”). ECONOMIC STRUCTURE and NATIONAL SECURITY…..for as result of the assault on these two areas we are now facing HIGH VULNERABILITY to enemies – but not only from outside perimeters, but now also in the inside fabric of the goverment itself, wating for the correct time to strike with fulminant accent.

The Pakistan dynamics are not going well, and Iran and North Korea are in similar predicament.Should NUKES get into the hands of terrorists in Pakistan,…Iran conclude the atomic weapon agenda with materials from North Korea, Russia , and other ‘hidden sources” ;- then first, Israel is to face destruction,… and the middle east will be completely unstable .The repercussion to our own ‘caribean-latin american back-yard’ is to be obviously expected along with the influence from Chavez, Ortega , Castro, etc

And for those who would wander what can be said about the above mentined “hidden sources” consider this, if you will.

Mercenary / clandestine-traffic on material , devices to aid in the manufacturing and ensambling of weapons to aid terrorists…and some vectros very well coming from right here in our very american soil. It is claimed that GITMO makes our country unsafe.So, we have there, at GITMO, people who want us ALL DEAD,…and if we RELEASE THEM then we are going to be SAFE. So, in others words if we let the assassins go out free then we do not get harm.
By thatt line of reasoning when we capture criminals we should let them free (why to prosecute them then?) so they willnot do the same thing again,…is that is?

Much has been said of this ,..and so massively Bush’s administration is blamed about NOT to find them.Does not take much of brain actitvity to unvail the ‘big mystery’ Two neurons and the rest of the braind sleeping can fathom this one.
