Some people think a new bull market is gearing up. While I agree that the fundamentals are looking better all the time (but still not good enough to expect huge gains), I think it will take a few more years to erase the Internet bubble from investor's memories. Regardless of what other pundits say, much of the behavior of the stock market is psychological, and I think fears of a new bubble will keep gains low for several years to come.
