Fortune looks at 7 bosses that behaved badly last year in their article on the dumbest bosses of 2007. The ones that surprise me the most are the guys who played golf while their companies were struggling. Seems to be a lot of misplaced priorities there.

They may have sucked at their job, but they are not exactly modern day Nero. It is highly advised by experts to walk away from a pressing problem, do something else stimulating/exciting/or even sleeping and then attack the problem again. There is a reason why they say “Sleep over it.”
The ones that when the business is in trouble cut the training and marketing budgets! Weak HR Directors are the scurge of people management!
