Tom Brady’s diet plan can be yours for $200

Tom Brady is selling a $200 food plan and cook book on his TB12 website.

The book, which Brady calls a “Nutritional Manual” isn’t your typical collection of recipes. Brady calls it his “living document.”

The website describes the manual as follows:

“TB12 Nutrition Manual is a limited-edition “living document” containing information about our core TB12 nutritional philosophies and featuring a library of 89 seasonally-inspired recipes that you can use to support your TB12-aligned nutrition plan.”

Brady’s chef shared a nutritional plan with Boston.com in January and that plan went viral.

To maintain a certain lifestyle Brady consumes 80% vegetables with some select whole grains and 20% lean meats.

The plan bans ingredients such as gluten, dairy, canola oil, nightshades (tomatoes, potatoes, and more), and salts that are not Himalayan pink salt.

Brady launched the TB12 website to help people achieve “peak performance” through personalized workouts.
