David Walker thinks Congress and the White House are spending with no heed for the future. It doesn't seem to matter any more if you are a Republican or Democrat - they are all for bigger government. More entitlements equals more votes, which equals re-election, which is all any of them care about. It reminds me of managers who try to build their own little empire within a company. Their only goal is to increase the number of people who work for them, and they have no regard for the company, shareholders or consumers.
