Warren Buffet, who just told CNBC that the U.S. economy is in a recession, is now the richest man in the world at $62B. Bill Gates dropped to 3rd place at $58B. Though both Buffet and Gates have donated a sizable portion of their fortunes to a charity started by Gates and his wife.
