    I dont get it. Apple builds a great product but only allows it to be shared with AT&T users. Why not have it an open platform? I see the press about this phone changing the game of the wireless industry. This is no diffrent than all the rest of the carriers locking phones to there network. I just don’t get it. I see no game changing here. Wasn’t this one of the reasons Apple lost out to Microsoft in the begining?

    The amazing thing is that these folks buying the iPhone will be standing in line in 2008 to buy one that has broadband in it. (That’s when I’ll be interested… not yet.)
