I am glad I am not an executive at Gateway, because I have to admit I have no idea what they should do. The company is struggling, but what do you expect from such an intensely competitive industry? My business advice? Don't compete with Michael Dell. The way I see it, Gateway has no advantage in the marketplace. They should hope they get acquired.
