To the one who said to donate heavily to politicians, read John Grisham’s “The Pelican Brief” (or watch the movie). I know that these are fiction novels, but you’ll get my point when you read them. (I had to read them for my white collar crime class in school)

I think we’d all do well to learn from their mistakes. Hedging your own profits from the ponzi scheme could allow you to disappear for good. Instead of chasing the never-ending greed of these individuals, set a goal. Once that goal is reached, off to India for a full facial reconstructive surgery, hair implants, and laser removal of fingerprint.

Yes, Goldman Sachs makes these guys look like petty crooks.

The fact is the really big white collar crimes never get investigated at all. Ask the SEC why all the insider trading leading up to Bear Sterns collapse never even got a second look.

The guys on this list were just the sacrificial losers who got caught.
