The Wall Street Journal has an article today (you must have access to read it) that discusses the search for chemical weapons in Iraq. The writer points out that if only small amounts are found, the US may be accused of planting it. Would the US really do this? Would anyone believe it? It will be very interesting if this scenario plays out.
