Zoho - Smart Customer Service

I've been using Zoho's CRM tool for about 3 weeks now, and today I received the following email from the company.

Hi,

Thanks for using Zoho CRM. I'm the person responsible to assist during your evaluation and interested to know how your evaluation is coming along. Does the product meet your requirements? Do you like the product?

Please feel free to post your feedback, issues, etc.. We will try to fix them asap.

Kindly note that this is not SPAM. We are trying to get user feedback to improve our product. We will not send you further follow-up e-mails until further communication is done from your side.

I like this. Most companies follow up as soon as you register, as if I have some sort of feedback after using the product for a whole 45 seconds. Zoho gives you time to check it out. It also serves as a reminder to go check it out if you signed up and haven't used it much. Plus, they note that they aren't spamming you and that they simply want feedback, and won't bother you again. It's always refreshing when someone does a good job with their business.

    Would love to agree, but I received 5 of the same e-mail sent to every alias on our website. (partners@, info@, etc.) Extremely annoying.

    Yes that’s a good touch. But I’d like to see some real (and some tough) questions. That email reads like the typical robotic customer satisfaction survey.
