There are a lot of new job titles out there these days thanks to the digital revolution.  Even if you know what they mean and the tasks they do, you may not always know the value of the services they provide.  Even if you knew you needed a “Digital Marketing Manager” or a “Social Media Manager” how much should you pay them?

Jobs such as these are in high demand all over the country.  As with most jobs the salary range varies from city to city.  A Web Copywriter, for instance, isn’t just going to be any random hourly employee who needs something to do.  The low average for this position in Atlanta, Georgia is just over $55,000.  A Graphic Designer in the same market can expect to make nearly $70,000 a year.  A Front End Developer in the same market averages almost $90,000 a year.

It’s important to understand salary ranges to help your business attract and retain talent.  You know that old adage “you get what you pay for”?  If you need someone with a certain skills set but you don’t value that skills set, you’re going to end up with the wrong person for the job.  Learn more about the average salaries of Digital Marketing Professionals from this interactive infographic!
