From first glance, it can be difficult to decide if they company you want to work for would be a good fit. It can also be hard to tell whether the company treats employees right. Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards can help.

The annual awards are based entirely on employee feedback and honor companies and leaders around the world. The awards include Best Places to Work and Highest Rated CEOs. Award winners are determined by Glassdoor using feedback from employees over the past year. Employees can complete an anonymous review of their company that captures their overall satisfaction with their job and employer.

Glassdoor applies a proprietary algorithm to the feedback information, considering things like the quality, quantity, and consistency of reviews. Based on this algorithm, here are the 30 best companies to work for in America right now.
