Benedictine University is a private, Catholic University located in Lisle, Chicago, Illinois. Founded in 1887 as the all-male St. Procopius College by the Benedictine monks, the school became coeducational in 1968. Responding to the community’s growing educational demands, graduate, doctorate and adult learner programs were added in 1996 and the College was renamed Benedictine University.

Online Doctoral Degree offered is Doctor of Education (Ed.D).
Tuition cost of online degrees per credit hour is US$490 for MBA, MPH, MSMOB and MSN courses; US$470 for M.Ed courses; and US$750 for the Doctor of Education degree. Financial aid is extended in the form of loans and scholarships for deserving students.
