California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) was founded in 1994 in the middle of the best recreation center in the US. Describing itself as a vision driven university, CSUMB helps students map out individual learning plans from the very start. In addition to traditional classes, it offers online programs that are specifically designed for the professional advancement of people intending to occupy key management positions.

One of these online programs is the Executive MBA program which uses iLearn as its learning management system (LMS). This is the same system used for other CSUB programs having an online component such as the distributed, hybrid and web-enhanced courses. The Executive MBA program is 100% online and can be completed without the need to be physically present in the campus. NO GMAT is required for this program accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

Other requirements include a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, personal statement of reason for wanting to join the program and letters of reference.
